GPRS services cost less than circuit-switched services .there are different GPRS plans for postpaid and prepaid users. Airtel has come up with exclusive GPRS plans for postpaid customers like zero rental plan in which you need not to pay any rent I just that your 30 paisa will be cut for the usage of 50KB.You can activate this plan within a second by sitting at home. Airtel prepaid users has variety of plans like with the recharge of Rs.14, Rs.26 or Rs.46 you can get 100MB,200MB or 500MB GPRS usage. The only demerit of it is that there is validity limit in these plans where as Vodafone prepaid GPRS services are unlimited with the tariff for Rs. 14 for 3 days, Rs. 32 for 1 week and Rs. 98 for 1 month. Vodafone GPRS services are more reliable than Airtel.

Idea GPRS services is very reasonable. First thing which very person prefer in GPRS service is speed and airtel is best in that sense.no doubt Vodafone is also good but airtel has more speed that Vodafone. Next thing is cost which is priority of every customer .in that case you should go or choose Vodafone or idea.

If you are a student and need internet facility for entertainment in your cell phone or require less use of it for study purpose also than you should go with GB or MB plans rather than for unlimited plan and if you area businessman and you business is fully depended on internet than the best plan for you is unlimited one.
